Component Repair

Repair of worn or damaged equipment is a specialty at Republic Industries International. Our engineering staff can analyze the type of failure and material specifications, then suggest repair solutions that will meet or exceed the original design. Large components are our specialty. Our 50-ton overhead crane and large machine tools (see Our Equipment) enable us to handle and repair most of the equipment found in steel mills.

Reverse Engineering

With over 25 years of experience working with steel mills, our engineering staff has extensive knowledge of the equipment and processes involved. This allows us to reverse engineer most damaged and/or worn equipment when drawings or technical information is not available.
